BUCKSAA SHIPPING POLICY

1. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Bucksaa currently provides shipping only within India.
 International shipping is not available at the moment.

All orders can be placed exclusively through our official website: bucksaa.com

2. SHIPPING & COD CHARGES

We aim to keep our pricing transparent and simple:

  • Shipping is FREE for all prepaid and COD orders.

  • COD Charges: A flat ₹75 will be applied to all Cash on Delivery orders.

There are no other shipping or handling fees.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY WORKFLOW

Once you place an order:

  1. Each product undergoes a strict quality inspection before dispatch.

  2. Items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

  3. The order is then handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

  4. If the courier is unable to reach you (incorrect address, customer unavailable, etc.), they may attempt to contact you for coordination.

4. HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

After your order has been dispatched:

  • A Tracking ID and courier details will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number.

  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

You may check your order status by using the tracking link shared in the dispatch notification.

5. SHIPPING MULTIPLE PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER

If your order contains more than one item:

  • All products will be shipped together in a single package, provided they are ready for dispatch at the same time.

  • COD charges (if applicable) will be applied only once per order, not per product.

This helps us reduce packaging waste and streamline delivery.

6. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Estimated dispatch timeline: Within 48 hours of placing the order.

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
