BUCKSAA CANCELLATION POLICY


WHAT IS BUCKSAA’S CANCELLATION POLICY?

Before Shipment:
All products are eligible for cancellation as long as they have not yet been shipped.
You may request cancellation by contacting our support team at contact@bucksaa.com between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48–72 business hours.

After Shipment:
Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been dispatched.


ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

  • No cancellation charges apply if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If you cancel or modify your order before shipment, any actual shipping charges levied by the courier service will be deducted from your refund.

Yes. All products sold by Bucksaa are eligible for cancellation, provided the order has not been shipped at the time of the cancellation request.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A CANCELLED ORDER & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

For cancellations made before shipment:

  • Refund processing will begin within 3–4 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

  • If paid via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 48–72 hours.

Depending on your bank, it may take 4–7 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
