BUCKSAA – RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
1. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order on Bucksaa, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
This policy is designed in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. Return Window
Bucksaa provides a strict 24-hour return reporting window.

The 24-hour period is calculated from the official delivery timestamp provided by the courier partner

Requests raised beyond this window will generally not be eligible, except where required under applicable law
3. Mandatory Return Request Process
To initiate any return, replacement, or complaint:

4. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

Product delivered is incorrect
All cases are subject to verification and approval.
5. Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:

Request is raised after 24 hours (except legally required cases)

Product matches description but customer is dissatisfied

Concerns such as “not up to the mark”, “feels cheap”, or similar subjective opinions

Minor color/finish variations due to screen differences

Product is used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
6. Unboxing Video Requirement
For claims related to damage in transit or incorrect product received:

An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required for verification
The video must:

Be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

Clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and product condition

Be continuous and unedited
-
It must be clearly visible that the damage occurred during transit, including visible damage to the outer packaging or protective cover
If such evidence is not clearly visible, the claim may be treated as post-delivery damage and may not be approved.
Important:
Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear tampered or visibly damaged at the time of delivery.
7. Evidence Requirement

Clear photos and videos must be provided for all claims

Insufficient or unclear evidence may lead to rejection
8. Inspection & Approval Rights
All returns are subject to quality inspection.
Bucksaa reserves the right to:

Approve or reject requests based on verification

Determine whether the issue qualifies as a defect, transit damage, or misuse
9. Replacement / Exchange Policy
Replacement is applicable only if:

Product is defective

Product is damaged in transit

Incorrect item delivered
Fees

Bucksaa fault: No fee

Customer error (wrong model/variant):

₹129 Pickup Fee (if Bucksaa arranges pickup)

If self-shipped → only ₹99 exchange fee applies
All applicable fees will be communicated before processing.
10. Return Shipping

11. Order Cancellation After Shipping

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they are shipped.

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, a ₹99 cancellation fee will be applicable.
This fee covers shipping and handling costs already incurred.
12. Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

COD charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

Order cancellation

Return requests

Failed or rejected deliveries

COD fees are charged by logistics partners and are non-recoverable once the order is processed.
13. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after:
