BUCKSAA RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Bucksaa offers a 24-hour hassle-free return policy for eligible products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a full or partial return within this period.

⚠ Important:

A return will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of misuse or damage

  • Original tags, accessories, or packaging are missing

  • The return request is made after 24 hours from the delivery date

If Bucksaa arranges the pickup, a Return Fee of ₹99 will be charged.
Customers may also choose to self-ship; refunds will be processed once the product is received and passes quality check.

WHAT PRODUCTS/CATEGORIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

The following items cannot be returned, but may be eligible for replacement if defective within 24 hours:

  • Screen Guards

  • Notebooks

  • Keychains & Cable Binders

  • Adapters & Charging Cables

  • Charging Solutions (Wireless Chargers, Battery Packs, etc.)

  • Hardshell MacBook Cases

  • Freebies / Promotional Gifts

These products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.


IF THE WRONG PRODUCT IS RECEIVED

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, the following are mandatory for verification:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the product received

Once verified, a replacement or return will be processed.
No exchange fee will be applied when Bucksaa is at fault.


PARTIAL RETURNS FOR MULTI-ITEM ORDERS

Customers may return selected items from a multi-product order. However:

  • Multi-item or combo discounts will not be refunded if only part of the order is returned

  • If you choose to keep a free gift, its MRP will be deducted from the refund

  • Free gifts must be returned along with the items unless paid for

SPECIAL OFFER CONDITIONS

Buy 1 Get 1 Offer :

Partial Returns:
 If only part of an order is returned, only 30% of the total paid order value will be refunded, regardless of the number of items returned.

Full Order Returns:
 If the entire order is returned, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund of the product value (after successful quality check and applicable fees).


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

1️⃣ Log in to your Bucksaa account via website
2️⃣ Navigate to Completed Orders
3️⃣ Select the item(s) you wish to return
4️⃣ Click Return to initiate the process
5️⃣ After pickup and successful quality check, your refund will be processed

Refunds usually reflect in 2–7 business days depending on the payment method.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Return/replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

  • Refunds are issued only after a thorough quality check

  • Bucksaa reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy standards

  • If an incorrect item is handed over during pickup, Bucksaa will not be responsible

  • COD fees are non-refundable


WHAT IS THE REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE POLICY?

A replacement may be requested if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Broken during transit

  • Incorrectly delivered

  • If Bucksaa sends an incorrect product, unboxing video and photos are mandatory for verification.


EXCHANGE FEE

  • Customer error (wrong model/variant selected): ₹99 Exchange Fee

  • Bucksaa’s fault: No exchange fee

  • If Bucksaa arranges the pickup: ₹99 pickup fee (customer fault only)


RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEES

  • Bucksaa-arranged Return Pickup → ₹99

  • Bucksaa-arranged Exchange Pickup → ₹99 (customer fault only)

  • Customer Self-Ship → No fee; refund processed after QC


REFUND TIMELINE

Refunds are processed after the product is received and passes quality check.
They typically reflect within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
